At the Rewards Store, you can use your Qantas Points to reward yourself without even opening your wallet. Or, if you are a few points short, you can use a combination of cash and a minimum of 2,000 Qantas Points with Points Plus Pay* (and earn points on the cash component for most products too**).

What’s more? You can also return on change of mind for most products.^

Our history

Originally named the Qantas Store, we launched in 2008 to grow the range of non-flying benefits for Qantas Frequent Flyer members. We now have over 10 years of experience - connecting our members with rewards from leading brands from across the globe.

** Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn Qantas Points on the majority of card payments, including the cash component of Points Plus Pay, made at the Australian Qantas Rewards Store. Exclusions apply. Qantas Points will not be earned on any purchases made completely with Qantas Points or on any Qantas Points component where a combination of Qantas Points and cash is used via Points Plus Pay, or on any tax and delivery charges, gift cards or orders redeemed with a gift card. Qantas Points will not be earned for the part of an order that you return, exchange or cancel. Qantas Points will be credited to the member’s account up to 30 days from the date of the transaction.

^ Change of mind is offered on most products when returned within 30 days from the delivery date in their original condition, with all accessories, any instruction manuals and in the original packaging.
