The Chefs will discuss BBQ cooking and cover all the important methodology around temperatures and resting meats to ensure that you will really impress when you next entertain at home. We then get straight in to demonstrating the first dish where you will replicate the dish demonstrated by the Chef and prepare and cook the dish yourself. We sit down together as group to share in the first dish before embarking on the next Beer and BBQ dishes covering all parts of BBQ myths and secrets as well as a demonstration before being given the tongs and lifters to re-create your recipes yourself. Throughout this segment the Chefs will guide you through preparing and cooking each dish as well as answering any questions you may have about the dishes or challenges you face at home with your own BBQ or certain recipes! We will send you home knowing that you're a qualified BBQ expert and will be crowned in glory by friends and family when you entertain at home.

Adrenaline vouchers purchased after 31/3/2018 are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. During that period, the voucher can be used towards the activity displayed on the voucher or towards any other activity displayed the Adrenaline site. However, once you have booked an activity you cannot change to a different activity. The price of the activity displayed on the voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the price of that activity increases after 12 months, then customers can either opt to pay the difference between the face value of the voucher and the price of the activity at the time of redemption, or they can use their voucher as credit towards any other activity on the Adrenaline site.
