Infinity Ignition- The Crossover ignition system delivers a battery powered repeated spark to start the barbecue, to always ignite the first time, for a quick and easy light up. Burner control knobs with precise heat control for cooking versatility to barbecue, roast, bake or cook low and slow.
Lid & Body- Made from porcelain enameled coated steel. Extremely durable and can handle very high temperatures. Burner tubes are made from high quality stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
Cooking Grills- Made from porcelain enameled cast iron. The reversible cooking grills can be used for thick pieces of meat, or flipped for more delicate fish and veggies. With high heat retention and an even cooking surface, they are great for searing food, as well as roasting or baking a variety of food.
Flavouriser bars- Angled bars which catch drippings to smoke and sizzle, creating smoky Weber flavour. They protect the burners from grease and fat reducing flare ups, and provide even heat distribution for evenly cooked food. Made from porcelain enameled steel.
Cleaning- Fats and juices are directed down into the removable aluminum drip pan, which lifts out for easy cleaning.
