The Ziegler and Brown Reversible Hotplate is an optional accessory available separately for the burner stove of the Ziegler and Brown Twin Grill BBQ. One side of this hotplate is smooth sided for cooking bacon, eggs and pancakes. The reverse side is griddle (ribbed) patterned for grilling and roasting ribs, fish, steaks, vegetables, sausages, fruit or leaner fat-free cooking.

As a handy tip, make sure to not use two hotplates at the same time in your Ziegler and Brown Twin Grill as the design and gas approval allow for only the use of one hotplate at a time.
