What to do
Consumers can use the serial number lookup tool on Apple’s website, to determine if their 15-inch MacBook Pro is affected by the recall. First, check to see which 15-inch MacBook Pro you have. Choose ‘About This Mac’ from the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of your screen. If your model is “MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, mid 2015)”, visit https://support.apple.com/en-au/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall and enter your computer’s serial number to see if it is included in this recall. If your MacBook Pro is included, stop using it and follow the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-au/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall to have your battery replaced free of charge.
The product in its 12 month age mode has key features of a stroller, but does not have the safety features required by the mandatory safety standard for strollers.
When used as a stroller to transport children in its 12 month age mode, the product may cause injury to a child if the product rolls in an uncontrolled manner or if a child falls out of the product.
What to do
Consumers should not use the product as a stroller to transport children.
Consumers should remove and discard the high headrest and shoulder straps on the tricycle and follow updated Eurotrike guidance that children younger than 18 months of age not use the modified product. If required, contact Eurotrike to assist with the modification.

What to do
Customers should stop using affected adapters and exchange them at no charge for a new redesigned model that is currently shipping.
Customers should visit http://www.apple.com/au/support/ac-wallplug-adapter/ for information about how to identify the affected adapters and the exchange process. Customers can fill out a web form with their shipping address, email and product serial number and Apple will send the new adapter to the customer. The package will also contain a postage pre-paid package, which the customer can use to return the affected adapter to Apple.
Customers can also visit an Apple Retail or an Apple Authorised Service Provider location to exchange their affected adapters.
If the white lid gasket is not inserted in the correct orientation, and contrary to the instructions provided in the product's instruction manual, there is a possibility that pressure may build up and release unexpectedly.
Scalding - incorrect fitting of the supplied white lid gasket may result in the release of hot liquids.
What to do
Consumers should contact Breville customer service to arrange for a replacement gasket kit to be sent to them, free of charge.
